Organizing exclusive events requires much more than just transporting guests. An essential component of ProAir Group Charter’s services is professional luggage logistics – an often invisible but indispensable additional service that makes the difference between a good and a perfect event.

This was demonstrated by a recent major project in the Algarve, Portugal. More than 3,500 guests from around the world traveled to the international presentation of a new car model from a leading automobile manufacturer. ProAir took over the complete logistics coordination and luggage handling. Over 17 arrival waves, the ProAir team ensured that every piece of luggage was reliably transported from Faro Airport to the respective hotels and to the event location – and returned safely to its owner after the event.

Close cooperation with local partners such as Faro Airport, the hotels and regional logistics companies was the key to success. Thanks to precise planning and seamless coordination, the event went off without delays or incidents – an outcome of which we are particularly proud.

This project highlights how professional luggage logistics, as a stand-alone service or in combination with other Group Charter services, contributes to the success of complex events.
