ProAir Aviation fleet growth and relocation to Berlin
The ProAir Group continues to grow: fleet increase, new management of ProAir Aviation GmbH and new location in Wildau at Berlin Airport. As an aviation company, ProAir Aviation GmbH is the logical extension to operate aircraft commercially, including all comprehensive tasks such as flight and crew planning, maintenance and insurance. The ProAir Aviation fleet currently comprises 27 aircraft with more in the course of being added.
New management and move to Berlin
In order to further meet the increasing requirements, a change in the management of ProAir Aviation GmbH took place. Stefan Wuske and Michael Reisenleutner now lead the further expansion of the aviation company within the ProAir Group as Managing Director and Accountable Manager. In the course of the change in management and the further expansion of ProAir Aviation GmbH in terms of personnel, a relocation of the business premises from Leipzig to Wildau at Berlin Airport took place.
“The demand for business jet flights and private jets has grown very strongly in both companies in recent months, Both the chartering of private jets for individual flights and the demand in the area of aircraft purchase & management,” says ProAir company founder Elmar Monreal.
Largest Citation Jet Fleet in Europe
“In addition to the first single-engine PC-12 registered commercially in Germany and long-haul jets such as a Global 5000, we operate the largest Citation Jet fleet in Europe. Supplemented by two brand-new Phenom 300Es, we have a fleet that is in very high demand and attractive to our customers,” says Stefan Wuske. “With our own CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization) and over 25 years of experience as an aviation company, we can offer aircraft owners and those who want to become one an attractive total package of flight operations, engineering and charter sales,” adds Michael Reisenleutner.
In recent years, the requirements of aviation authorities, the complexity in terms of technology, crews and qualification of ground staff have constantly increased. The ProAir Group is responding to these changes through the new structure, expansion and continuous training of the personnel base and strategic cooperation with experts and specialist companies. ProAir customers continue to benefit from a bundling of expertise as well as an established aviation company that is constantly improving.
Increasing attractiveness for aircraft owners
Especially against the background of economic challenges due to rising costs in almost all areas (fuel, handling, proceedings, maintenance and financing), the ProAir Group offers attractive cost models for aircraft owners due to its broad positioning.
“Therefore, the owner company of Northwings GmbH, with currently two brand-new Phenom 300E, as well as further aircraft in the inflow, will transfer the overall responsibility of flight operations to the ProAir Group and will pursue the further development of the company together with ProAir”, says René Strothmann.
“We thank Northwings owner René Strothmann for his trust in our many years of flying experience and look forward to the further expansion of the joint fleet,” adds Elmar Monreal.
